    No, we do not charge a call-out fee. We only charge for labour, which will be agreed with you before we arrive.
  • How much does the labour cost?
    Labour charges start from £55, depending on the work required. We will discuss and agree the cost with you before any work begins.
  • How long will it take for you to arrive?
    We aim to reach you within 60 minutes of your call, although arrival times may vary depending on location and traffic conditions.
  • Will you damage my lock?
    No. We are Non-Destructive Entry (NDE) locksmiths and can open most locks without causing damage to the existing lock, helping to keep costs down and avoid unnecessary replacements.
